30-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when possible.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Made-to-order items
- Pre-order items after production has started
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. This helps us review your case quickly and provide the best solution.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns caused by our mistake, such as a wrong item, defective item, or confirmed quality issue, we will help provide a suitable solution.
Original shipping fees, priority shipping fees, and international customs duties or taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products. If you need a different size or item, please contact us at [email protected].
Depending on the product and availability, we may suggest a return and new order, a replacement option, or another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we may refuse the refund or deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.
Order Cancellations

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered processing, production, or shipment.
Custom-made, personalized, pre-order, or made-to-order items may not be cancelable once production has started.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for carrier updates, especially during holidays, customs clearance, or severe weather.
If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check your mailbox, front desk, building office, neighbors, or local carrier first.
GloryFans is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
